Hanneke Veringa joined AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) in August 2006 as Head of Institutional Business in the Netherlands. Prior to joining AXA IM, Hanneke was Senior Sales Manager for Benelux at ABN Amro Asset Management, Senior Manager International Branches at ING Investment Management and Business Manager Financial Markets at ING Barings. She started her career at Deutsche Bank in Germany. She also spent four years as a lecturer in the Finance and Investments Department at the Erasmus University, Rotterdam. Hanneke holds an MBA in Finance and Information Technology from Erasmus University, Rotterdam and Columbia Business School and graduated from the University of Groningen with a Masters in Business Economics.
Erwan Boscher has been Head of the Liability Driven Investment's team, since October 2005. He was Head of the Financial Engineering team and Pensions since February 2005, focusing on asset allocation and ALM solutions for insurer and pension funds. He was named Head of the Pension Funds Group within the Financial Solutions team in October 2005. Previously, between 2003 and 2005, he worked at Merrill Lynch as an interest rates derivatives structurer in London. Prior to this, Erwan spent four years at Boston Consulting Group as a senior consultant. Erwan graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique (a French engineering school) in 1997. He also holds an MBA from INSEAD (2002).
Elodie Laugel joined AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) in October 2004 as a Financial Engineer. She has been Head of Financial Engineering since July of 2006. Prior to joining AXA IM, she spent four years as an Equity Strategist at HSBC Asset Management. Elodie graduated from Paris Dauphine University in Applied Mathematics and she obtained a DEA in Financial Mathematics from the French ENSAE (Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Analyse Economique). She is also a CFA charterholder.
Hélène Veltman - Director of LDI & Fiduciary Management, 16 years of industry experience. She joined the team in June 2010 as Director of LDI & Fiduciary Management. Previously, she worked for Société Générale for 10 years, where she was a key member of the Pension Fund Advisory team and developed their expertise in the use of Structured Solutions for the ALM of European Pension funds, particularly in the Netherlands. She also worked as a financial engineer in the equity derivatives business. Before working at Société Générale, she had worked at several financial institutions (Crédit Commercial de France in Paris, Commerzbank Securities in London, La Financière du Jour) in various roles of financial engineering and quantitative analyst. Her background is in Physics. Hélène graduated from the University of Utrecht (Bsc, Netherlands), Ann Arbor Michigan (MSc) and UC Berkeley (PhD in theoretical particle physics). She held two post doctoral positions in theoretical particle physics at DESY (Hamburg, Germany) and CEA (French government nuclear research centre), received an award from the American Physics Society and made numerous publications in physics and finance. Hélène is a Dutch citizen and speaks Dutch, English and French.
